Nick Murphy (f.k.a Chet Faker) has shared a mesmerising video of a live performance he gave at Brixton Academy back in November, 2016.
The 4-minute clip depicts a live rendition of ‘Fear Less’, the first release under his birth name, with a hooded Murphy – in the company of his band – belting out this journey of a track in front of an almost hypnotised crowd.
The dark, gloomy setting matched with Nick’s haunting vocals and ever-building intensity of the song creates a truly captivating audio/visual experience for the viewer, something we will all be experiencing soon enough when Laneway Festival kicks off this month.
Nick Murphy has been a busy man of late, recently working on Bonobo’s new album on the track ‘No Reason’, which just last week received a stellar music video you can check out here.
