No biggie, but ‘The Sunken Monkey’ in New South Wales’ Central Coast has been crowned ‘Hotel Of the Year’ at this years AHA Hotel of the Year Awards. Not a bad addition for the Central Coast region, following Proud Mary’s recent success being deemed Best Nightclub/Nightlife venue.
The illustrious AHA awards were handed down at the gala awards in front of just over 1,000 prominent industry figures and business folk at The Star Event Centre in late November.
AHA NSW CEO John Whelan said the annual awards gala was about showcasing recognition for the effort the state’s venues and their over 75,000 staff members put in each and every day.
“The Awards for Excellence really are about rewarding innovation, quality and excellence of service at hotels right across NSW,” he said.
A full list of the winners from the night can be found here, but NSW, more specifically the Central Coast cleaned up big time this year. Congratulations to all the winners.
