Boiler Room has been known to book some interesting characters over the years, however their most recent session could take it out as the most obscure but awesome set yet.
Japan’s食品まつり a.k.a FOODMAN performed an oddly amazing performance earlier today in at Boiler Room’s New York studio, with a unique track list made up of estranged sounds with a blippy, weirdly melodic foundation. It certainly held our attention.
That, matched with some hilarious visuals, soon became one for the most weirdly satisfying sets we’ve watched, and by working at a dance music blog you can rest assured we’ve seen a lot.
