The musical pairing of Benson and Mike Metro are back as Dance Cult with a stellar 4-track EP, ‘The Calling‘.

As veteran selectors, it’s safe to assume a joint project from these to blokes will turn out nicely, and lo and behold, it has. The EP as a whole delves nicely into the deeper spectrum of house, with Dance Cult finessing some instrumental technicality along with some perfect features from the likes of Rromarin and Miracle.

In their own word, ‘Worship at the altar of bass-line. Sacrifice yourself up to the groove. Paradise awaits those who dance.’ Some spooky talk, but it definitely pairs with the brooding tone of this house-heavy offering nicely.
