Australia Is Getting A Brand New Music Festival!

Melbourne’s most followed music promoters, Novel and Beyond The Valley, have combined forces to present a new camping festival titled Pitch Music & Arts Festival.

Coming in March 2017, the festival will bring a spread of carefully curated live and electronic music acts spanning across the three days. Alongside this, the festival aesthetics will be a contemporary arts-based exercise working in perfect synergy with the music, creating visually stimulating offerings the entire festival. All of the pieces will be taken care of by Matt Bonner, who is the mastermind behind Let Them Eat Cake’s strong visual identity, so you know what to expect.

As of yet, no lineup has been announced, but if Novel’s track record is anything to go by it’s almost guaranteed it’ll be filled with heavyweight electronic names (Ben Klock, Dixon, Âme among others). Of course this is speculation, but we can only hope! Combine that with the pulling power of Beyond the Valley, and this looks like an unmissable three days (names at Beyond the Valley this year include Oliver Huntemann, Carl Craig, Hudson Mohawke and more).

All of the speculation will be laid to rest in October, when the festival releases some more information. But until then, sign up on their website to be the first one in the loop, because this will be a quick seller. You can sign up via their website, here.
