Brisbane local Hier returns to Soundcloud with his latest offering, a remix of British Electronica Trio Years & Years tune “Desire.”

Lush chords and an infectious lead lay the foundation for the remix, with Hier contrasting the angelic vocals with stacked synthesiser layers. With crunching kick patterns, a booming sub-bass and wildly syncopated percussion, Hier’s remix is another example of how the young artist is determined to hone his signature sound and refine his production quality.

Hier has had an impressive last 6 months, releasing a stirring Fetty Wap remix as well as a few great originals. His remix of “Desire” is a testament to the producers diverse and unique music, and if its any indication of what his forthcoming music will be like, we’re in for a treat.
