SXM Festival is one of the newer soirée’s of the past year that has caught our attention, and for good reason. It covers a lot of bases!

The techno-focused event is hosted on the extravagant shores of Saint Martin in the Caribbean, and in March saw the likes of Jamie Jones, Apollonia, BLOND:ISH, Thugfucker, Bedouin, DJ Tennis, Adriatique, Maceo Plex, Danny Daze, Guy Gerber for it’s maiden venture earlier this year.

Speaking on the festival’s return, event organiser, Julian Prince, said “having entertained over two and a half thousand of underground electronic music’s elite this year with insane parties on beaches, jungles, rooftops, villas and the best venues on the island, plans are rapidly taking shape to blow our 2016 event out of the water.”

We are yet to hear of any line-up rumours, but can be sure they will be on the way quite soon. Who can say no to techno on the beach?

SXM Festival kicks off on March 15th and runs until the 19th of 2017. Tickets go on sale August 24.
