Festival Creates Mini-Berghain And Entry Was Just As Hard

Beyond Festival have built themselves a mini-Berghain on their grounds, called ‘Berghenk’.

The Netherlands based festival definitely take the cake for tongue-in-cheek ideas for their party-goers, creating a spot-on (but tiny) replica of Berghain’s main entrance, honest even to the point of having a massive line out the front of desperate techno heads.

Going even further with their meta-gag, the Berghenk doormen let literally NO ONE in – a scenario that is definitely not foreign to the real thing – as a way to accurately represent and make a statement about Berghain’s exclusivity.

Here are the step-by-step instructions the festival offered to eager punters:

1. Stand in line
2. Get rejected
3. Go back to stand in line
4. Get refused
5. Go back to stand in line
6. Get refused
7. Go back to stand in line
8. Get refused
9. Go back to stand in line
