One of the rarest occurrences has happened over night, and it comes in the form of a brand new single from Hayden James.

As you sit there thinking “no way, this is far too rare to be true”; rest assured, we speak no word of a lie.

Premiering on Linda Marigliano’s ‘Good Nights‘ on triple j last night, this new track from the smooth-sailor himself is another great example of why he keeps his music so exclusive.

Titled ‘Just A Lover’, the tune wastes no time getting into things, kicking off with a deep, wobbly bass line and a familiar, pitched-down vocal that resembles his huge 2015 release, ‘Something About You’.

The track takes it down a notch just after the 1-minute mark, oozing out some breathy vocals and muddying up the bass line until its just about gone and then all of a sudden we’re back in the thick of it for another 2 minutes of bliss.
