Burning Man is heading to the Netherlands

The non profit organization behind the flagship event Burning Man has established a new three day festival called Where the Sheep Sleep happening July 29-31 in Veluwe, an hour East of Amsterdam.

An announcement on the official web site states that due to overwhelming attention and enthusiasm the 2016 event is sold out. The organizers state that to ensure and protect the quality of the Burning Man core principles they have chosen to grow the community organically and, like their big brother in the US, they will start small and grow.

This event comes after the recent purchase of Fly Ranch (more info HERE), a property that will be owned by Burning Man near its original location in Black Rock Nevada and potentially a venue for year long festivities.

For information on attending the event in the future join the Burning Man NL Facebook group and gain event membership here.
