The people of Kiev have been, until now, living in a world of hostility. Following the 2014 riots that resulted in Police opening fire on protestors, the Ukraine capital fell into financial crisis.
However, with the city in a depression, one citizen decided to do something for the people, by launching Cxema, a techno rave that kicked off an underground rave revolution in Ukraine.
Slava Lepsheev is the man behind Cxema, and recently hosted i-D and Vice for a night-til-dawn endurance rave session. The music is loud, the venues are dark, and the people are pretty damn beautiful.
