The ever-outspoken Deadmau5 has taken an internet low-blow in the way of his official SoundCloud being hacked and spammed with Selena Gomez songs.

The Canadian producer was contacted by anonymous hacker group ‘@_OurMine_‘, who Tweeted at Zimmerman suggesting he improve his security. This was swiftly followed up by a handful of Selena Gomez songs shared on the official Deadmau5 SoundCloud, causing an uproar from fans and – of course – Deadmau5 himself.

Despite being known for getting quite heated, Zimmerman remained rather calm throughout the ordeal, even when threatened by the Hackers with exposing phone numbers, credit card details and even nude photos.

The issue has since been resolved, and Deadmau5 renewed SoundCloud, with its staggeringly low 10.5k followers is back to normal. I guess.
