Clams Casino announces debut album, shares new song ‘Blast’

Michael Volpe, or better known as Clams Casino, has announced his debut album “32 Levels” will be out on the 15th of July via Columbia.

Fans have been waiting for over 3 years now for new material, with “32 Levels” set to be Clams Casino first release since 2013’s Instrumental Tape 3. The New Jersey producer has built an incredible reputation for himself over the past 5 years, working with the likes of A$AP Rocky, Lil B and Schoolboy Q among others.

Along with the announcement of his album, Volpe shared new single “Blast.” Standard to his production, Clams Casino combines conventional hip-hop drums with an atmospheric collage of mangled vocal chops. Clams’ creates a lingering sense of sadness throughout the arrangement – removing the drums at random points, leaving the listener left with layers of electronic haze.
