It seems like just about everyone is jumping on the Game Of Thrones bandwagon since the premiere of season six aired a couple of days ago, with mainstay music streaming service Spotify being no exception.

What does the fantasy world of the seven kingdoms have to do with Spotify you ask? Well, I came to find after a bit of investigation, not very much. You can now access their new micro-site which will allow you a glimpse into the playlists of your favourite characters, and in turn, Spotify will let you know which character you are most likened to when it comes to music taste.

After opening the site I was told if I could pass the AUX to anyone in Westeros, It should probably be Varys. Apparently when Varys isn’t staring longingly, asking ‘what if’s’ in the direction of his castrated testes, he’s listening to thumping EDM. Who would have guessed?

My only gripe with this site is the fact that real-life DJ, and the actor playing Hodor in the show, Kristian Nairn, isn’t given the title of being the most electronically inclined. Bring back the Rave Of Thrones I say.
