Baauer has released a track from his highly anticipated debut LP ‘Aa’, titled ‘Day Ones’ featuring Novelist & Leikeli47.

This track is an absolute romper. Opening with harsh, distorted horns from the outset, the track builds with layered vocal samples, until it drops into massive percussion, and a short verse from grime rapper Novelist. The effort continues into a short chorus bridge from Leikeli47 and another build into the main, 808-riddled melody.

‘Aa’ (pronounced Double A), is an album that could only be made by a kid from New York inspired by rap and dance music culture, as he marries the two perfectly through Day Ones – a combination of festival trap and grime.
