Famed Hacienda DJ, author and radio broadcaster DJ Dave Haslam has recently posted to Facebook that he is putting his entire vinyl collection up for grabs.

The legendary DJ is best known for over 450 sets played at the iconic Haçienda nightclub, the birthplace of acid house and cradle of rave civilisation.

A little vague on the details, the DJ has stated that the collection is comprised of around 4300 records 90% of which are 12” singles.

A fan of everything from New Order and Erasure to Public Enemy to Sonic Youth, Haslam’s collection no doubt contains a slew of rare finds from the heyday of the Madchester underground and Factory Records.

For those looking for a bargain Dave is ‘ideally’ looking to shift the collection in one go.

This said he might be open to cutting a few deals, who knows? Make an offer.
