Film Noir Sound, who have proven to be one of the most dominant music collectives and label in the experimental beat scene this year, have dropped their Cinema Black Compilation. The project focuses on gaining exposure for “handpicked” artists between the age of 16-23.
“Cinema Black features young, new artists that were handpicked by the label. Ranging from 16-23 years old, these producers are now the ones to watch over the next couple of years as they were found and sifted through amongst thousands of users.”
The compilation features tracks from Sydney local Swindail, Beatsmith Rage Logic, and 808 king Raava among others. Film Noir Sound have made the project tri-monthly, hoping to spread the idea that they’re the “leaders of the new school.”
Cinema Black is the perfect place to start if you want to make the leap into the era of Soundcloud, or even if you’re just after some new music to fall in love with.
