Off the back of his new single “Can’t Get Enough” young Diplo aka Basenji will head across Australia to share his USBs full of slinky rnb and melodic beats.

In a recent chat we picked the brain of the young producer who added some curious advice for those looking to break through here in Australia;

Go to as many gigs as you can and listen to as much music as possible… until you realise something is missing. This empty gap is going to be where you find your sound. You won’t find YOUR sound in someone else’s music, but you will find great ideas, so keep listening! Pay close attention to the music that you find innovative and how it provides something that wasn’t previously there – then try to do the same yourself!

With that in mind you’d best head along when the tour begins October 2nd in Perth at Jack Rabbit Slims before shows in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney on the 16th at Oxford Art Factory.
