Pan-Pot drop ‘The Other One’ EP ahead of Australian tour dates

Since their inception in 2005, the duo of Pan-Pot have become a dominant presence in modern techno, an ascent also mirrored in the rise to the top tier of electronic music by their home label, mobilee Records. Fast forward 20 years later and their ‘The Other One’ EP sets them up to continue to make waves in techno well into their illustrious career.

The first track, ‘808 Nirvana’, is a dry and deep driving piece of music that is made for the more insidious hours of the night. ‘Pina’ relinquishes a lot of that murky darkness in it’s opening seconds, although soon enough you find yourself pulled back into the dark corners when the track reaches it;s melting point at the 4:36 mark.

Pan-Pot’s new EP comes with news of their Australian tour, presented by Novel, across Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.

Friday 11th September: Melbourne, Brown Alley

Saturday 12th September: Sydney, The Arthouse

Sunday 13th September: Perth, Geisha
