Hanging For a Festival Lineup Just Outside Of The City?

Since the introduction of the disastrous Sydney lock out laws, the city that once never slept has seen an alarming amount of musical and partying institutions shut doors. This string of closures has resulted in many city-slickers left scratching their head questioning what there is left to do in this city. Enter Soundscape, a brand new boutique festival located just outside lockout zones set to ensure the party keeps going come November.

Armed with an arsenal of incredible local talent, Soundscape promises to be one of the most exciting new events Sydney has to offer, showcasing some of the best musicians this side of Bogantungan.

Featuring the likes of; Basenji, Touch Sensitive, UV Boi, Young Franco and a stack more Soundscape will set up shop underneath the picturesque skyscrapers of North Sydney when it opens doors at the Greenwood Hotel late November.

Curating a wonderful mix of electronic, house and live acts, the man behind this wonderful new musical institution, Max McKeith, has also booked a tonne of bands who are beginning to take over Sydney’s live music scene. Local DJ’s Harry Sanger, Harry Hooper and North Shore heroes Slippery When Wet are brining up the latter end of the lineup in what is purely a collection of musicians built on quality.

Tickets for this legitimate antidote to Sterosonic go on sale this Wednesday via the Soundscape website.
