Whether he’s concocting melodic, future house opuses in his Canadian studio or commanding festival denizens with his magnetic DJ sets, rising star Shaun Frank is working to cut his teeth as one of dance music’s next big names. Shaun Frank and VanRip first joined forces last summer for their Dim Mak debut “Vagabond.” Since then, Shaun has been commissioned for a bevy of remixes including Borgeous’ “This Could Be Love” which peaked at #6 on Beatport’s House Chart and Steve Aoki’s collaboration with Flux Pavillion “Get Me Outta Here.” His second Dim Mak release of the year “All About” alongside fellow Canadian VanRip is a testament to his future house production prowess – rapturous, distorted vocals waterfall over the track’s grooving synth streams, crisp drum kicks and a disco-driven beat.
