Pioneering electronic group Hot Chip are tugging on our heart strings with the release of their “Need You Now” music video.

It drops following the album announce of ‘Why Make Sense?’ and the first single “Huarache Lights” that collectively wow’d the internet.

We were lucky enough to recently speak with the guys who proudly stated that this was “the best album we’ve ever done” and with two singles down, it’s looking like a sure bet.

What else to expect? Group member Felix Martin spilled “The last album was maybe a bit more rock, but this one has hip hop and R&B influences too.” – right on!

The video for all it’s brilliant electronic sounds is terribly sad and fitting of the “Need You Now” title with a bi-polar Alexis Taylor chasing himself to find something.

The album ‘Why Make Sense?’ drops May 15th through Domino.
