Canberra trio and sorbet enthusiasts SAFIA have released a new single that is a far cry from any of their previous angelic output.

Dubbing it as a ‘evil twin’ by lead Ben Woolner the new one “Counting Sheep” is a menacing yet playful number that plods along with a swinging bassline and horror flick vocal sample – think, Transylvanian two-step.

They’ll be bringing it along with other number one hummers “Paranoia, Ghosts & Other Sounds” and “Listen To Soul, Listen To Blues”  to two shows across Australia, dates below.
