Ever wondered what happened to early 2000’s band Passion Pit? You know the guys behind “Sleepyhead” and “Little Secrets” who also managed to tour the world?

Well they’re back and not on their own either with the band actually featuring on Madeons forthcoming album ‘Adventure’ which is shaping up nicely.

How so? Take a moment to hit play on Madeon’s latest “Pay No Mind” that takes a leaf out of Breakbots bouncing disco beats while skimming through Daft Punks twitchy synths for a feel good summer anthem (well, for the euro’s anyway).

It’s pretty much synth-pop that’ll make friends in the dance and mainstream worlds which isn’t always a bad thing.

The first taste we had was “You’re On” that the young producer dropped at the tail end of January but we’re liking this new one just a little more.

Expect the full release to land March 26th on Sony in Australia.
