Tragedy As Superman Drug Re-appears In UK Killing Four

Remember when we reported a warning from Scotland for a drug with the shape of a Superman emblem? Well, it’s tragically shown it’s ugly head once more killing four people over the UK winter holiday period. This is further trouble to dance institutions like Fabric trying to stay open but forever having to deal with many drug related deaths.

The victims sadly included a 27-year-old father-of-three, a 20 year old New Years Eve party goer, a man reported dead by Suffolk police and a man found dead by his girlfriend in Telford.

The pills are being described as red, with the Superman ‘S’ logo imprinted on them. The last time we reported it, it was said to contain the toxic chemical PMA also known as methoxyamphetamine and it seems the press is back in action with equally bad results.

All people in Europe who currently are in possession of them are being asked to hand them in at their local police station, accident and emergency department or fire station.

This isn’t an isolated event with a punter sadly passing away at a harbour party in November, over 200 arrested at the national two-day Stereosonic festival in Sydney and mainstream media calling schoolies a ‘pinger fest’.

With Australians reportedly spending $7 billion on drugs in the last year maybe it’s time to introduce testing kits to both club nights and festivals?

Please be transparent and spread the word to all your naughty party goer friends. Such a sad waste of life.
