Dublin-based promotion company ChoiceCuts may have a sour Christmas after accidentally leaking the first act on next years Coachella lineup.

Standard procedure would have the global festival dropping their lineup sometime in January with tickets on-sale (and sell out) shortly after. That hasn’t stopped a keen eyed music fan spotting a little hiccup through CC’s Facebook page.

Posting to their socials they announced that a planned tour for Flying Lotus – who released his highly anticipated ‘You’re Dead’ album this year, was being pushed in Dublin due to “.. unavoidable commitments in America”. If anyone hadn’t worked out was going on, a fresh faced social media manager then confirmed it was for Coachella in the comments – doh!

The post has since been pulled but the internet never forgets and a screenshot is now making the rounds. We just hope no one was fired over this!

If that wasn’t enough to get your heart thumping news has it that Flying Lotus will be taking over BBC Radio 1 alongside Jon Hopkins, Solomun, George Fitzgerald and Hannah Wants in 2015.

Australia can also look forward to hi ‘Layer 3’ show that’ll be here in January for the national Laneway Festival that also boasts Caribou, SOHN, Connan Mockasin, FKA Twigs and more.
