Current Australian captive Lido who played the Xmas Weekender parties in Melbourne and Sydney this past weekend thanks to BBE has let slip yet another remix, this time taking on the rather fresh faced Lilangelboi of Manicure Records.

Like all Lido remixes there’s plenty of crush and chip-tune while still managing to keep enough substance of the original intact, up there with his re-works of BANKS, ZHU, Bill Withers and more.

While in town he stopped into national indie radio station Triple J for a chat with Kyran Wheatley with the pair touching on his ‘I Love You’ EP and the Australian connection with Lido having already knocked out a studio session with yep, you guessed it Flume… something we want to hear asap.

That wasn’t all with another studio party including Basenji, Cosmo’s Midnight, Wave Racer and DJ Paypal with some ‘weird music’ being made and for us, hopefully released!

Anyone else kinda caught off guard how American Lido sounds?? haha
