Following the success of DJ Q’s debut album ‘Ineffable’ earlier this year, the man himself has just expanded his extensive list of operations with the introduction of the ‘White Label Series’, set to offer tunes on a monthly basis alongside the output of his own Q Recordings.

Produced by Q, the series’ will be on the same level as his usual creations, embodying pop, garage, funky and grime to energise like his releases on Local Action, Unknown To The Unknown and his own label, which over time have garnered support from the likes of DJ EZ, Mosca, Todd Edwards, Roska, My Nu Leng and more.

For the first release, we’re presented with ‘Ordinary People’ which lays a saccharine vocal and tightly packed hats over a tough, jostling low­-end that drops octaves and switches patterns throughout. It’s also backed with a 2-step garage version! Huge.
