Australian duo Knife Party are set to release their new album ‘Abandon Ship’ October 27th. To celebrate, they’ve announced a mouth-watering Australian tour kicking off mid-December thanks to the good guys at Future Music.

There was a big enough hint yesterday when the pair shared some drool-worthy artwork of a pirate ship adorned with a Knife Party flag in front of the Sydney Harbour Bridge yesterday with the words “Australia, we’re coming home soon” – that understandably set rumour mills into overdrive. Coming sooner than we thought, we now have a five stop Australian tour!

If you like your beats thick, grilled to perfection and smothered in delicious vibes then you would have had their leaks of " target="_blank">“Resistance”, " target="_blank">“Begin Again” and now “Boss Mode” (streaming below) on repeat and a good reason to shake it on down to one of their many shows.

Helpings of Knife Party will be gluttonous with each stop in some of the biggest capacity venues we’ve even seen for a DJ-live performance with Sydneys Hordern Pavilion, Brisbane Showgrounds and Melbourne’s own Docklands among others getting put to good use for what will be a jaw dropping sweat-fest that’ll feature support from Perth gun ShockOne.
