If you’re not yet acquainted, Badbadnotgood are a hip hop-infused jazz trio out of Canada. They’re really insanely good at what they do. Being semi-free-form jazz mixed with electronic beats and hip hop rhythms, It’s not that accessible to everyone, but in my opinion (and many others’) it’s pretty damn phenomenal.

They’ve collaborated with hip hop heavyweights including Frank Ocean, Earl Sweatshirt, RZA and Ghostface Killah. They KILLED at OutsideIn Festival last year, and will be doing the same at Falls Festival over new years.

Anyway, Kaytranada, who needs no introduction, has remixed  ‘Kaleidoscope.’ I really really love this.  The vibes are chill, the beats are deep, and the strange beauty of the original has only been amplified by placing a solid beat within the jazz tune.
