Toted as ‘Producer of the Year’ (so far) by Pete Tong you’d be expecting big things from Ten Walls and he delivered just that with a spine tingling two-hour Essential Mix of drawn out and sticky beats.

His hefty mix slow burns its way through beats from The Field, fLacko, the DJ Koze remix of Moderat, Scuba, Plastikman as well as the RAR remix of Matthias Tanzmann and looks to be a standout Essential Mix from the already sterling efforts of, among others Green Velvet, Richie Hawtin, Joy Orbison, Gorgon City and more.

The Lithuanian producer who begun his career as Mario Basanov almost six years ago has averted his attention to the moodier project with two superb releases in the last year – “Gotham” and “Walking With Elephants” that each earned global fanfare.
