New footage of punters going full-YOLO at HARD Summer has surfaced on the internet today, to the surprise of no one.

The Los Angeles festival has brought out the crazed EDM fan in many – with 100 arrests (seven felonies, 60 ‘misdemeanours’ and 38 alcohol-related charges). Unfortunately it has also seen the death of a 19-year-old girl from suspected overdose – another tragic loss in the community.

Following the trampling antics of Miami’s Ultra Festival, which saw more fence-barging and the injury of a member of authorities – these guys are keen to see their music, without the price tag. Whilst we understand that the media panic surrounding all music festivals currently is rife and we cant be sure if shit has actually gotten that much worse, we’re going to shamelessly contribute to it right now. Check this shit out!

Looking at this we feel like we’re back in punk rebel days – only people are less naturally hardcore and more on lots of pingers. Plus those punk rockers wouldn’t have been seen dead in all that nylon.

Do you think we’re on a rocky road of festivals becoming more dangerous and festival-goers more aggressive? Or do you think it’s just shoddy fencemanship? Perhaps the possibility of new tunes from Jack U caused a little too much excitement (check that shit here).
