In three months time the Australian festival landscape is getting a run for it’s money. Organized by local Sydney-siders, this festival is an all inclusive (kind of like going on family cruise trips, but not at all) getaway AND festival. Whaaat? It’s a huge feat to undertake so we’re all hungry to see how it goes down. The concept is not entirely new to the scene, having been executed by peeps from NZ, however the Your Paradise operation is said to have changed the game this year…introducing a certain finesse that Bluesky Fiji (NZ) lacked.

If you’ve saved your pennies and forwent a Splendour trip, splurge on this! Swapping muddy tents in winter for rooms with an ocean view in summer…I think I could deal with that! Packages start at AU$1,299 per person (includes return flights and transfers, accommodation & entertainment) and go up depending on your luxurious needs.

HOWEVER, and this is a big one, with SUCH a detailed itinerary and concept, I won’t blame you for feeling a bit well…lost. Also, it’s highly likely (like me) you’re too lazy to investigate beyond instagram (FYI: #yourparadisefiji), am I right? SO, I’m here to do the grunt work for you, and to be your “ctrl-F,” per se.

Purchase dem tickets at www.your-paradise.co, then keep an eye on your e-mails as important information bombs will be dropped throughout. There’s also a sneaky facebook group for everyone attending to communicate before and get to know each other. It sounds a bit castfish, I know.

Then on November 19th, yourself and 599 other guests will arrive at airports in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane in a fancy dress code yet to be announced. Surpass the awkward ‘getting to know each other phase’ with some inflight drinks, but not too many as when you land, you’ll hop on a boat to charter you to your resort on the remote island of Malolo Lailai.

Spend the next four days catering to Your version of Paradise. If your idea of paradise involves parties and music, you’ll have exclusive access to daily beachfront and poolside parties featuring some of the finest DJ’s and producers from Australia & around the world.  If you’re a bit of a night owl, each evening, the main beach will light up with performances from headline DJ’s busting out tunes until the sun rises over the Pacific.  If you’re a lover of all things activities, Your Paradise is overflowing with exciting activities for you to sink your teeth into. Fijians are known to be some of the friendliest people on earth, and these unique encounters will add a truly unforgettable dimension to your ‘Your Paradise’ experience.
