Getting to speak with Porter Robinson a few days ago was a pretty big dream for me, so naturally my excitement for Worlds has been ramped up with the announcement of the new box-set that you can now pre-order. Limited to a very small amount of copies and priced at $49.99, the box set will feature the already massively hyped album, along with a special 7″ vinyl copy (with custom design), and a CD featuring remixes from the likes of Arty, Anamaguchi and RAC. Adding to the visual element of things, you’ll also receive a set of 12 double sided custom lithographs featuring the concept art for the album, created and revised by Porter himself.

Speaking with us about the album and what’s next to come, Porter was heavy on the food-analogies in saying we’re in for some big things. ‘I made it really hard on myself, because in the way that I organise my projects It’s kind of like trying to get the egg out of a baked cake, in that I’m trying to get elements out of the songs that I’ve made. I’ve really fucked myself in terms of organisation. So yeah, I’m just working on live show stuff, I’ve been practising singing, rehearsing songs, and been working on sample triggering stuff and trying to get my live drops up a little bit before I launch into the tour.’
