A new sweaty face on the Australian scene POOLCLVB has given Motez’s house slice “Own Up” a real gurny club re-work.

We’ve been sitting on this piece of gold for a week now and have given it a proper rinse through the office to really appreciate those lush piano chords, tight layering and amount of effort poured into it.

Those at Splendour in the Grass over the weekend would have actually heard Motez intro’ing his sets with it while those listening to the radio waves may have caught it being played via Triple J.

It’s already amassed plenty of support from Claude VonStroke to Yolanda Be Cool and a good headstart for the new project with the name mirroring not your lazy poolside but the shredding of the empty ones across Venice – dope!
