Since Plastikman’s hay day, Richie has made Berlin his home, revolutionized minimal / abstract techno, built a trendsetting label, hosted the best parties on the while isle, and pumped out some truly revolutionary tunes.

We aren’t really sure if anyone can accurately describe Richie and his artistic ways. There is something quite interestingly mysterious about the Canadian-born producer who came of age in Detroit. If you’re up for late nights, unique beats and all things techno, this is most definitely the crew to follow.  The reemergence of his Platikman alias was recorded live at the Guggenheim during a high-profile performance at the NYC museum.
