17 Year Old Australian Signs Onto Calvin Harris’ and Deadmau5’s Agency

At the very tender age of 17, Just A Gent has taken a massive leap in his young career, signing with booking management WME for North America.

The Newcastle based producer, who has only really had this last year too make waves in the Australian music scene, has obviously been turning heads with his unique electro steez; particularly the heads behind WME, who – for those who weren’t in the know- were the agency that Entourage (that awesome TV show) was based on, so you can imagine this is kind of a big deal for Just A Gent and his team.

WME, also known as William Morris Endeavour Entertainment, is home to a smorgasbord of musical talent ranging from The Killers too 2 Chains, and now – of course – Australia’s Just A Gent.

Just a Gent is yet another young Aussie dance music talent to tackle the global stage – following the likes of Flume, Wave Racer and Anna Lunoe- and we’re pretty stoked to see him head abroad.

If you want to catch Just A Gent live in the action, he is touring throughout Australia and New Zealand kicking off with the Bowler Bar in Brissy on the 27th of June. The rest of his tour dates are featured below, as well as his latets remix of Tears for Fears’ classic ‘Everybody Wants to Rule the World’.
