Local producer Lancelot has aroused us with a groovy remake of " target="_blank">Gwen Guthrie’s 1986 single Ain’t Nothing Going On But The Rent . Watch the ‘smokey-in-the-studio’ style video clip below and enjoy that familiar disco funk, reminiscent of English duo Disclosure. Lancelot’s jam consists of deep grooves and lush instrumentation, which are tied in ever so perfectly with the seductive voice of Ngaiire.

In light of the recent celebration of the launch of a brand new live show, a stellar release on UK label Ajunabeats and a bon voyage to the UK where he will be looking to set up shop, Lancelot (alongside Softwar, Slow Blow, Ben Fester and Mantra Collective) will be playing a live show to go down in Sydney on June the 6th.
