Smouldering techno savant Nina Kraviz looks set to kickstart a new project in the form of her own label succinctly dubbed трип – or for those without Russian as a first language “trip”

It seems like frustration could have been the inspiration for the label, with techno’s second lady looking to release “the trippier, acidic side of electronic music,” adding that the music will entirely “inspire her and whose music features frequently in her sets.” and also serve to fill the growing demand of harder and darker techno becoming apparent

For a while now Europe has been pumping sharper patterns and with a honourable figure such as Nina at the helm we can only imagine the wares will come with some force!

The first release is pencilled in for September with more details to drop in coming months. Those wanting an earlier peek and happen to be Barcelona’s Sala Instincto club on the 15th of June can catch her and Detroit DJ Luke Hess behind the wheels of steel.
