Seth Troxler Launches a New Label, This Time With Clothes On!

He loves to get naked and has started a new label. Makes sense right? The eccentric American techno DJ Seth Troxler is keeping it basic with a new club label dubbed ‘Play It, Say It’ – ok!

With the first release locked in and curated by Sharam Tayebi, one half of Deep Dish and helped by Manfred Manns Earth Band, Troxler has stated this will follow his vision for the label and put simply:

“This isn’t some crazy art thing, just high grade white labels to play in clubs. It’s that basic.”

On his schedule for what we should expect on the label, it seems he will be pushing out a backlog of crowd-tested stuff and will be pressed on vinyl before being released digitally at a later date.

His approach comes across as the most relaxed business plan I’ve seen, with Troxy stating that the label will be “just me putting out records that I’ve been field testing but have never come out.”

The man has taste! So why not! Stream the first release “Tripi” below, a rhythmic and hypnotic house burner.
