In late March we premiered a track titled ‘BYP’ by Roberto Clementi in the lead-up to his ‘Marble’ EP for Soma, after the imprint released Harvey McKay’s ridiculously great ‘Foreshadow‘ EP earlier that month. But now the Italian producer is set to release his debut album titled ‘N Lights’ on the same label, which should stir some excitement among the minimalist techno community.

Set for a release on my birthday 🙂 – May 26 – the record makes it clear from the outset that this is a producer who not only has a grasp of the modern underground techno movement but one who also appreciates the finer things that can be found in electronic music.
