Following a gruesomely good new video for track ‘Tolerated’ (catch it here), Girl Talk and partner in crime Freeway have released new EP ‘Broken Ankles’ and are giving it away for the delight of party people err’where.
Available today via Datpiff, the EP marks the smash return of Girl Talk, establishing a fresh new direction for the mash-up artist. Quiet on the scene since 2010’s ‘All Day’, ‘Broken Ankles’ is a collaborative glory – featuring appearances from artists such as Waka Flocka Flame, Young Chris and Jadakiss.
Like ‘All Day’, the backing feasts upon the creme de la creme of pop samples, with artists from Beyoncé to Jimmy Eats World to Aretha Franklin all smashed into the tasty treat.
