Electro Producer Gtronic Calls It Quits On Music Career

Belgium-based bass producer Gtronic, behind crunching hits “Sucker Punch” and “Sergent Bass”  has called it game-over on his music career under the electro alias through a simple message to his fans.

The producer of seven years who was signed to major US based and Steve Aoki owned Dim Mak label who was also behind the unforgettable electro bangin’ thumper “Iron Man”, explained to his fans on Facebook that after a long and fruitful career it was time to say goodbye to the GTRONIC project;

“For 7 years I have been producing electro trash with all my heart. I spent every weekend in a foreign country to deliver you one hell of a party. Planes, hotels and airports became my second home.
I never imagined making beats in my garage would bring me that far I’m really proud of what I’ve achieved. Meeting amazing people and doing things I’d never thought of, gave me so many good memories I’ll never forget.

I came to a point in life where I’m going to change my path. It’s the right time for me to say goodbye to the GTRONIC project. I want to focus on my personal life, and discover new things. This means I’ll officially stop with GTRONIC, the music productions and international gigs after my last show in The Netherlands.”

So what next for the Antwerp residing producer and DJ? Well it looks like he will be finishing off his tour currently stretching across Europe and then we predict he will probably take a break and come back as a deep house producer… (just kidding!) 😛

Good luck with the future Gtronic. You were a catalyst to the 2008-09 electro movement. Whatever you do next, we are sure you will be successful. Here’s an oldie for head bangin’ sake!
