Alison Wonderland Delivers ‘Party Mix’ for Diplo & Friends

Alison Wonderland has delivered a party-hop mix for Diplo & Friends vibrant mix series changing up the format of strictly gentrified genres and instead opting for a bashy mix of  jersey, Hip-Hop and that tropical Australian trap we ‘ve all come to love.

Included in the bustling tracklisting is an unreleased original dubbed “I Want You” that is quickly followed by cuts from Slugabad, 2Chainz, an edit by Hoodboi, a collaborative with Djemba Djemba, SBTRKT and Drippy Dolphin as well as a host of Australian love with originals/edits/remixes from Sable, Basenji, Flume, Hermitude, Motez, Wave Racer, Leaderboy and more (woo!).

After a recent visit for Big Day Out in Major Lazer form, it seems Diplo has tapped into the Australian market having recently aired mixes from Wave Racer and Anna Lunoe, with this the third in quick succession just this year. This cultural love affair with downunder continued when Diplo kicked off his ‘Soundcloud Approved Tunes’ that featured bigger than life duo What So Not – the pairing of Emoh Instead & Flume).

With more than a few stints back and forth in the states Alison was excited to see just how much Australian music has made the voyage overseas and having an impact, sharing on Facebook;

Alisons footprint at home grows having just sold out her entire ‘Warehouse Project’ with stops across Australia and supported by buddies Young Franco and Wave Racer. To ease the pain get into her Diplo & Friends mix below and check the tracklisting here (about half way down the page).
