Well this is absolutely insane. Drum & bass boss Friction took to Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show a few days ago for one of the most fucked up mini-mixes I’ve heard, mixing every bit of 79 (!) tunes in the space of just 5 minutes. While there’s no tracklist, the Shogun Audio (who last year released Alix Perez’s ‘Chroma Chords‘ record) mainstay slays through hit after hit in the realm of his deeper DnB vibe making me re-think my once-thought proposition that “I don’t like drum & bass”.
