Tasmania doesn’t herald much in the vein of beats in the modern world of dance and electronic but young pad-banger Akouo looks set to buck the trend post the release of his latest single “Last Time” with a full-blown national tour presented by Audiopaxx and yours truly.

His works bleed originality with “Last Time” drawing an emotive response by blending a wash of shattered glitch and deep breaks that paints a sonic picture of the soundscapes he’ll be playing live.

Staying true to the hard working ethos of Australian artists he’ll knock out 12 shops that’ll step off the beaten path and include stops in Byron Bay, Bendigo and Hobart.
