Watch the super-weird video for Jerome LOL’s ‘Deleted’

Jerome LOL dropped his latest release via Friends of Friends yesterday, and to mark the occasion, he’s shared a very-meta clip of the lead tune ‘Deleted’ to continue his exploration of the web’s aesthetic.

An overloaded collage of videos, the self-directed clip seems to be a comment on how we experience film in the web age – as a series of seemingly never-ending video windows. The Body High co-founder called on vocalist Sara Z for the low-slung, sunned-out jam, and the computer-centric video accompanying her beautifully sultry voice features everything from 3D visualizations to viral video fodder to babies dancing in their high-chairs, and for lack of a better word, it’s pretty damn strange. It finds him flipping through a number of images, short clips, and visual FX on his own computer desktop as the swinging, blue-streaked track runs its course. Whatever.

You can watch the video below, and if you’re feeling it, cop the EP via iTunes.
