Rustie Returns With Announcement Of Australian Tour Date

Rustie

Scottish producer Rustie will return to Australia through April for a string of club shows to once again prove his electronic prowess since the release of his acclaimed debut ‘Glass Swords’.

Most states will get a look in according to promoters Brown Bear Entertainment but for now its just Sydney that scores a show at Oxford Art Factory April 17th with ticket prices starting at a reasonable $28.70. The last time Rustie was meant to land in Australia was over the New Years Ever period playing Perths Origins NYE gig, and before that back at the start of Jan 2013 for Hold Tight with The Gaslamp Killer and Digital Mystikz.

We have had a taste of new material in the form of “Terra Star” that was released for free through the Glasgow grommets label LuckyMe and their special Christmas advent calendar. There was also that charity gig with Rustie creating a new track “Boatsss” using samples from the Love of Light Children’s Choir.

All this is hopefully leading towards a new album that we’ve all been patiently waiting for, C’mon already Rustie!!
