Early in January I posted on here announcing the newest party from Perth’s SYRUP dudes – a festival-like gig in the heart of Fremantle showcasing the best audio and visuals the city has to offer. Well, it’s this weekend, with the 1300-person capacity down to its last 100 tickets for the promoters’ biggest event to date. They’ve gone to extraordinary lengths for this one, with a custom-built stage and geometric jungle set to be in full flight along with a Funktion One sound-system to vibrate the floors, with bars, food, and free water to indulge in. The real heads can even cop a limited edition Syrup x Kaas Leisure Wear tee.
