Former Disco Donnie Presents owner Paulo Moreno alongside two other bro’s Gabriel and Lawrence Vavra (Lawrence opened the famous LAX with DJ AM. RIP) are set to have a legal beef with dance music mogel and SFX Entertainment owner Robert Sillerman. ‘Giddit Awwwwn!’

The three amigos claim an agreement back in January 2012 with Sillerman provided them with company equity in SFX that owns the likes of Beatport. Their lawsuit claims that they were promised 2.5 million “founders shares”, stock options, cash and operational control of SFX.

An SFX Entertainment spokesman  said; “We will have no comment, other than to say we will vigorously defend this baseless lawsuit.” This potentially could be a quick legal stoush if that’s the ‘case’. More updates to come!
